- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No. Billing is month-to-month through Stripe. You cancel in Settings anytime and keep access through the period you already paid for. No 12-month lock-in, no auto-renew trap, no cancellation fee. Trust should be earned by results, not enforced by a contract.
- What exactly am I paying for?
- Local ranking history, configured geo-grid scans, competitor context, AI insights, and reputation tools. Supported account connections add Google reviews and business data. Profile publishing and health checks are temporarily unavailable pending Google API approval. Calls and revenue reporting depend on source data and integration setup.
