- Do I need Zapier or a developer?
- No. SerpCalls talks to the ServiceTitan API directly — no Zapier subscription, no middleware, no code. You'll need API credentials from ServiceTitan's Developer Portal (a one-time setup); if you'd rather not touch that, our white-glove setup does it for you for a one-time $500 fee.
- When do invitations go out, and how many?
- Eligible completed jobs are picked up by scheduled polling. Delivery depends on the poll, queue, contact details, and sending settings. Follow-ups default to days 3 and 7 and can be configured. Job deduplication helps prevent repeat invitations.
- Is this compliant with Google's review policies?
- Invitations use the same public review link without selecting customers by sentiment or filtering negative feedback. You remain responsible for permissions, recipient eligibility, and your use of review requests.
- Does it send texts too?
- Email delivery requires configured sending and eligible contact details. SMS also requires account enablement, carrier registration, and affirmative recipient consent; it is not automatically active on signup.
